- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of marks, odors, stains, and damage not caused by us.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized hoodies and T-shirts
- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items returned used, worn, or missing packaging
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- ElysWrld is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos showing the issue.
Exchanges are not offered for size, color, or preference changes.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or refund depending on availability.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
- Custom items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
